How does this work?
-Pick a MLB team, an exercise, and an intensity.
-Follow the game LIVE in the app and whenever your team scores runs, you do the amount of the exercise at the intensity you picked.
-Don’t worry, you don’t have to do them all at once or right when your team scores. You can use the app to keep track of what you’ve done and when you’ve done it.
-Follow for a big weekend series or the entire season! You also can follow multiple teams or do different exercises for the same team. It’s all up to you!
